The street lamp wattage should be determined according to the street lamp usage, the pole height, and the LED street lamp lumen value (TUWR solar street light uses the industry's top Japanese Nichia [210 lumens/watt] LED patch).
Generally, pedestrians with fewer roads and scenes can choose LED heads with slightly lower wattage, and pedestrians with more roads and scenes can choose LED heads with slightly higher wattage.
3-4 m light pole is recommended to choose 15-20 watt LED lamp head;
5-7 m pole is recommended to choose 30-50 watt LED head;
8-12 m pole is recommended to choose 50-100 watt LED lamp head;
According to the actual situation, you can choose double LED lamp street light.
2. Light pole height selection:
The height of the solar street light pole is generally selected according to the width of the road, and the solar light pole with the same width or slightly larger than the road width is selected to have the best height.
Generally, a single lane rural road selects a 3-4 meter solar street light pole;
A two-lane rural road chooses a 5-7 meter solar street light pole;
8-12 meters or traffic trunk roads choose 8-12 meters solar street light poles;
Courtyard or other scene lighting is selected based on the range of illumination.
3. The diagonal size of the flange and the diagonal size of the cage are selected:
First of all, the diagonal dimensions of the flange and the diagonal dimensions of the cage must be uniform in order to be installed.
In general, the higher the height of the solar street light pole, the larger the diagonal size of the flange and the ground cage, and the higher the height of the cage.
3-4 m pole selection flange size and cage diagonal size 240mm;
5-7 m pole selection flange diagonal size and cage cage diagonal size 260mm;
The 8-12 meter pole selects the diagonal dimension of the flange and the diagonal dimension of the cage is 280mm.
4. Light pole thickness selection:
The thicker the solar street light pole, the stronger the load bearing capacity and wind resistance.
The thickness of the 3-4 meter pole is generally 1.5-2.5mm;
The thickness of the 5-7 meter pole is generally 2.5-2.75mm;
The thickness of the 8-12 meter pole is generally 2.75-3.5mm.
2. The orientation of the solar panels
The solar panels should face the sun and the most abundant sunshine.
Generally in Central China and South China, solar panels face south.
In West China and North China, the solar panels face 5 degrees west of the south.
Note: According to the blockage of buildings or trees, the direction of the solar panels can be adjusted appropriately, generally within 20 degrees to the west or east (the west effect is better than the east).
3. Solar street lamp installation spacing and location:
According to the construction drawings and the geological conditions of the survey site, in the place where there is no sunshade at the top of the solar street lamp, the installation position of the street lamp is determined by the distance between the solar street lamps 20-50 meters, otherwise the installation position of the solar street lamp should be properly adjusted.
The general road width is about 3-4 meters, 3-4 meters light pole, 15-20 watt LED lamp head, the installation distance should be 20-25 meters;
The general road width is about 5-7 meters, 5-7 meters light pole, 30-50 watt LED lamp head, the installation distance should be 30-40 meters;
The general road width is 8-12 meters, 8-12 meters light pole, 50-120 watt LED lamp head, the installation distance should be 30-50 meters.
