 1. Material of street lamp pole:

 Haiyan lighting rod material is made of high quality low carbon steel Q235 type. It is bent by a large bending machine. The design strength of the light pole can reach the wind resistance level of 11 or above and the seismic intensity is 8th.

 2. Technical parameters of street lamp pole:

 The rod body is conical and its roundness error does not exceed 3%.  The total height of the rod is 10 meters, the upper diameter is 80mm, the lower diameter is 180mm, and the wall thickness is 3.75mm.  The bottom of the pole has a flange with a flange size of 350*350 and a thickness of 18mm. It is mounted on the foundation by four anchor bolts.  The total height of the rod is 12 meters, the upper diameter is 80mm, the lower diameter is 200mm, and the wall thickness is 4mm.  The bottom of the pole has a flange with a flange size of 400*400 and a thickness of 20mm.

 3, the process of street lamp pole:

 The lamp pole is welded and formed, and the welding is carried out in accordance with national standards. Based on this, the welding is reliable, the surface is smooth, and there are no obvious welding defects such as pores, welds, undercuts, etc., and the welding meets the standard of three-stage welds.  The inner and outer poles are hot-dip galvanized and anti-corrosive. The galvanizing process is acid-washed, hot-dip galvanized, washed, phosphatized, passivated, etc. The surface is smooth and the zinc layer is uniform, ensuring galvanized layer of 85μm and above 560g/m2.  The anti-corrosion performance of the pole for more than 20 years.  The anti-corrosion quality complies with the current national standard "Metal Coverage and Other Covers Vickers and Knoop Microhardness Test" (GB/T9790), "General Rules for Surface Pretreatment of Thermal Sprayed Metal Parts" (GB/T11373), current industry standards  The relevant provisions of "Steel Hot Dip Aluminum Process and Quality Inspection" (ZBJ36011).  The lamp post is hot-dip galvanized and electrostatically sprayed. The sprayed layer is 140μm. After the spray coating, there is no bulge, pinhole, roughness, crack or leakage zone defect, and the cover layer has strong bonding strength with the substrate.

 4, the technical parameters of street lamps:

 The luminaire is die-cast aluminum, which is coated with a surface of polyester powder after being treated by a sandblasted projectile.  The insertion pole diameter is 60 tubes in diameter, (LED street light head) is inserted deep to 100mm; (high pressure sodium lamp) is inserted deep 135mm.  The upper and lower covers of the lamp are sealed by a sealing strip. The protection grade is IP66. The bulb and the electric appliance are respectively placed in the front and rear ends of the lower cover to be in good contact with the outer casing. The front and rear ends of the lower cover of the lamp have heat dissipation strips, and the heat dissipation effect is good.  The luminaire reflector adopts a polyhedral combination method, which is formed by stretching from a high-purity aluminum plate, and has excellent reflection efficiency.  The lamp adopts high transparent and high-strength tempered glass, and is sealed with GE silicone and the lower cover of the lamp. The inner bulb is replaced and the lamp holder bracket can be adjusted for installing light sources of different power.  The fastener screws and nuts are made of stainless steel.  The light source is a 40-200W LED street lamp head and a 150W-400W high pressure sodium lamp.
