Brief Introduction
Jinyuan Lamps is one of the provincial large-medium sized production, design and engineering companies in the industry of road illumination, with registered capital of USD 8,614 thousand, which is affiliated to Jinshang Electric Group. Jinyuan works with governments and Clients in municipal projects around the world to design, manufacturing and supply.
Jinyuan mainly produces led street light, solar street light, wind solar hybrid street light, light poles and other accessories; please refer to detailed categories on the left.

Specification
1. Mounting height of light pole is between 5m and 15m, the shaft is one shaped by huge bending machine, the thickness should be between 2.5mm and 6mm, the concrete shape and size should be in accordance to customers'requirement.

 

2. Raw material: it is normally Q235 Grade A steel plate (whose Si≤0.04%, yield strength is >245Mpa, tensile strength is 375-500MPa), or Q345 if required ((whose Si≤0.55, yield strength is: >325 Mpa, tensile strength is 470-630MPa); Executive standard is GB699-88.

 

3. Welding process: cracking, leakage solder, continuous hole, undercut, etc all these should not exist on whole pole, besides the welding seam should be smooth without convex-concave surface, neither welding defect, the welding flaw detection report should be provided, and it should be conducted according to GB/T3323—1989III. Safety standard: GB7000.1-7000.5-1996.

 

4. Maintenance door:
a. The maintenance door applies plasma cutting method.
b. The door should integrate with shaft, if convex plate is not welded at the door, the whole pole should be more strength.
c. Operation room should be enough for installation of electric components inside the door.
d. The seam between door and shaft should not exceed 1mm, it also should be positively water proof.
e. It should equipped with special tight system to guard against theft, its fixing bolts apply non-general matched key.
f. The door should be finely compatible and reasonable operation room should be set inside, 3% extra accessories for the door should be supplied.
g. One M8×30 bolts at the lower part inside the door can be found, which should be hot dip galvanized with pole together, it is used to connect cables.

 

5. Hot dip galvanized process: it is treated with hot picking inside and outside surface of whole pole to anti-corrosion, the thickness of galvanization should ≥75um, complies with GB—/T13912-92 standard. The design lifespan should not less than 30 years, its appearance should be smooth, glazing and color should be uniformed, it should pass hammer test, non-scale, non-peeled off. Galvanization test report should be provided.

 

6. Painting process: it applies outdoor pure polyester powder, the colors are selectable, and the painted layer should be stable, which should not grey. Its adhesive force should be strong, it surface should anti intensive UV, and adapt to coastal cities as well as salinity area. The design lifespan should not less than 30 years, with thickness more than 80μm, be in accordance to the standard of ASTMD3359-83. Painting test report should be provided. Technical requirement for painting: film thickness should not less than 40μm with strong adhesive force; scratch by blade (15*6mm square) should be non-scale, non-peeled off. The surface should be glazed, color should be generally uniform.
